Marketing Strategist

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies that are aligned with the business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, managing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, PPC, SEO, email, and display ads. - Conducting market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform marketing strategy. - Defining customer personas, value propositions, and messaging for campaigns. - Collaborating with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights. - Managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation. - Staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies. - Presenting marketing strategies and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or brand management. - Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar. - Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy. - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. - Creative thinking abilities with the capacity to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
