1.Develop and execute strategic marketing & sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets in the South Zone.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers, and channel partners. 3. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to develop competitive pricing strategies. 4. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 5. Drive collections and ensure credit control as per company policy. 6. Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve targets. 7. Prepare periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
1. Graduate in Engineering preferred; MBA in Marketing is desirable.
2. 12 to 15 years of relevant marketing experience in the alloy steel sector. 3. Strong network in South Zone markets with proven track record in sales. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. 5. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
