Job Opportunity: Marketing & B2B Sales Executive (0–3 Years Experience)

Eligibility Criteria / Pre-requisites
- Graduate in any discipline with 0–3 years of experience in Marketing or B2B Sales- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply- Excellent command of spoken and written English- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Prior experience in the BPO industry is an added advantage- Familiarity with customer service processes and finance industry concepts is desirable- Willingness to work in mid-shift or night-shift schedules- Work from office is mandatory; remote work is not available for this role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify and generate qualified leads across global markets- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts and blogs aligned with brand messaging- Communicate with international clients via email and phone to understand their needs and present solutions- Schedule and coordinate online meetings with prospective and existing clients- Draft customized proposals based on client industry, pain points, and service requirements- Design compelling presentations and pitch decks to support sales conversations- Develop quotations and pricing models tailored to the scope of services requested- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business- Maintain and update client information using CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and align with business goals- Generate daily reports to track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics- Actively contribute to revenue growth through strategic outreach and client retention efforts
