Marketing & Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Duratech Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach potential clients such as institutions, offices, architects, interior designers, and dealers. You will be expected to generate leads through field visits, calls, and leveraging your local network. Your role will involve presenting various product offerings, including school, office, kitchen, and staff modular furniture to prospective clients. In addition to client acquisition, you will also be responsible for handling client queries, providing after-sales service coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular market analysis and competitor tracking will be crucial to your success in this role. It will be essential to prepare and maintain reports detailing your daily visits, follow-ups, and sales activities. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A good understanding of the furniture and modular segment is preferred, along with experience in B2B and institutional sales. While basic knowledge of measurements and furniture layout is desirable, training can be provided to enhance your expertise in this area. Being self-motivated, result-oriented, and having a two-wheeler with a valid license for fieldwork are additional requirements for this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture or allied industry. The salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 30,000 per month, with incentives based on achieving targets. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
