About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Marketing & Sales Executive

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical practitioners.
Promote the companys healthcare products/services and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional activities.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Marketing Activities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
Participate in healthcare exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to suggest innovative marketing strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to create digital marketing and outreach strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain a database of key clients and prospects.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback from healthcare professionals to improve services and offerings.
