Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive – Fresher Company: Athveda Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. Location: Surat (Base Location) + Field Work (Local & Nearby Regions) About the Role: We’re hiring freshers passionate about public health to promote a Tobacco Deaddiction Products through medical stores, pharmacies, wellness outlets, Ayurvedic shops, and select pan masala/general stores . Key Responsibilities: Visit and onboard medical retail stores , wholesalers , pharmacy chains , and general wellness outlets Identify and pitch to convenience store retailers in target areas. Promote and explain Product benefits and public health mission Support in organizing in-store promotions, sampling drives, and awareness activities Develop strong relationships with local retailers, chemists, and trade partners Collect market intelligence and feedback from users, retailers, and distributors Assist in setting up POS (Point of Sale) visibility and product placement Report daily visits, outcomes, and sales data to the sales manager Key Retail Channels to Focus On: Medical Retail Stores & Pharmacies (Independent & Chain) Wholesalers/Distributors in Pharma and Wellness Ayurvedic Stores & Health Supplement Shops Convenience & FMCG Stores Corporate Canteens or Social Enterprises (CSR-based B2B sales) Required Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about public health and social impact Willingness to travel locally and conduct field work Self-motivated, punctual, and target-oriented Ability to explain product features with confidence Basic understanding of sales and consumer behavior Openness to learn and grow within the startup ecosystem Eligibility: Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / B.Pharm preferred) Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome) Language: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi; Basic English preferred To Apply: Email your CV to info@athveda.com with subject line: “Application for Marketing Executive – Athveda” OR WhatsApp on +7041845450 for quick screening.
