Marketing & Sales Coordinator

As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at TransGlobe Academy, located in Kathrikkadavu, Kaloor, your role will involve supporting the sales team, managing marketing activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and management. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Coordination: - Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication. - Prepare sales reports, quotations, and proposals. - Maintain and update CRM/sales records. - Coordinate meetings, product demos, and client visits. - Track sales targets and assist the team in achieving monthly goals. - Marketing Support: - Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities. - Create and update marketing content such as posts, brochures, and emails. - Coordinate with design and digital teams for campaign requirements. - Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. - Customer Relationship Management: - Handle client inquiries professionally. - Follow up on feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
