Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Intern to join our team for Coordination & Research. The role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational coordination between internal teams, clients, talent, vendors, and production units.
• Support in planning and scheduling meetings, shoots, and project timelines.
• Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, content studies, and trend tracking.
• Assist the R&D team in documentation, data collection, reports and presentations.
• Maintain files, project records, trackers and follow-up sheets.
• Coordinate communication across emails, WhatsApp and calls.
• Support production and content teams wherever required for smooth functioning.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates with stakeholders.
• Handle basic administrative and back-office responsibilities.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Documentation tools.
• Interest in media, entertainment, film production & digital content preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and passion for teamwork.

Education

• Graduate / Undergraduate pursuing Mass Media, Film, Communication, Marketing, Management or related fields.
