Marketing Research Analyst (MRA)

As an individual with a M.Sc / M.Com / MBA in Marketing, you will be responsible for taking care of delegated direct, tele, and web-based marketing for domestic clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders such as authors, reviewers, editors, subscribers, and booksellers. You will collaborate with Publication Research Executives and Publication Coordinators to develop marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with institutional and corporate clients, including vendors both domestic and overseas, subscribers of journals, and buyers of books and reports. You will also be responsible for managing the relevant databases. - Organizing and maintaining marketing materials production such as brochures, flyers, and posters, and ensuring their effective distribution. - Analyzing monthly and yearly sales figures to identify stock fluctuations and highlight any problem areas. - Conducting market research, enhancing brand awareness, conducting customer surveys, and analyzing customer demands. - Providing customer service, sales support, and marketing support. - Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director.
