Marketing Operations Manager

To excel in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, growth ops, or marketing automation within the consumer tech or fintech industry. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, and CRM tools is essential. Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms are required. Familiarity with data flows, SQL basics, and working with cross-functional tech teams is a plus. Being process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and data integrity will be beneficial.
