As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in streamlining, optimizing, and scaling our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the end-to-end marketing infrastructure, ensuring seamless campaign execution, accurate performance tracking, and optimized data flows for actionable insights. If you have a passion for systems, processes, analytics, and operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is tailored for you. Your key responsibilities will include owning and optimizing the marketing tech stack, collaborating with the performance marketing team to maintain data integrity and track campaign performance, setting up marketing automation workflows for lifecycle campaigns, partnering with Product, Growth, and Data teams to streamline data pipelines and tracking infrastructure, developing dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure marketing performance, establishing best practices for campaign execution, audience segmentation, and lead scoring, and continuously identifying operational bottlenecks to drive process improvements and automation. To excel in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, growth ops, or marketing automation within the consumer tech or fintech industry. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, and CRM tools is essential. Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms are required. Familiarity with data flows, SQL basics, and working with cross-functional tech teams is a plus. Being process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and data integrity will be beneficial.
