Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Management for Marketing roles

  • Oversee the execution of daily operations for designated business lines (Marketing)
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
  • Manage periodic audits and ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a key liaison between India Operations and global teams (U.S., EMEA, APAC).
  • Facilitate communication, task tracking, and project follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management.

3. Team Supervision & Performance Management

  • Supervise a team of 15 to 20 team members to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Assign responsibilities, set priorities, and track deliverables against KPIs.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve skillsets and promote cross-functional learning.
  • Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and performance excellence.

4. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare periodic performance dashboards, process metrics, and exception reports for leadership review.
  • Leverage tools like Excel , or internal systems to analyze operational data.
  • Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Support internal audits and risk assessments by maintaining accurate documentation and evidence trails.

5. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in Lean / Six Sigma or process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Recommend operational improvements to align with global best practices.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to streamline workflows and enhance system usability.
  • Track implementation of process enhancements and measure impact over time.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM) preferred.

Experience

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in operations management, shared services, or business process management.
  • Experience working with global teams or within a multinational corporate environment preferred.
  • Real estate, property management, or service industry experience is an advantage
