We’re experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help us scale smarter and faster. Key Responsibilities Marketing Systems & Automation: Manage and optimise marketing tools, integrations, and workflows across platforms like HubSpot, Meta, and Google to ensure seamless campaign execution and data flow. Data & Reporting: Own marketing dashboards, tracking, and attribution models. Provide insights that help guide strategic decisions and improve campaign efficiency. Process Improvement: Design and refine processes for campaign setup, lead routing, CRM management, and reporting to maximise operational efficiency and accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to align data, systems, and reporting—ensuring marketing performance is clearly tied to business outcomes. Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and reliability of campaign data, tracking pixels, and automation sequences. What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or marketing analytics. Experience in SaaS or EdTech is a plus.
