We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager

About Us

Bektash is one of Kochi’s fastest-growing restaurant brands, specializing in Arabic-inspired quick service dining. Alongside, our group companies under Rapos Ventures manage multiple e-commerce platforms (football jerseys, apparel & lifestyle products).

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take charge of both offline & online marketing across our restaurant and e-commerce businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Build & execute marketing strategies to drive growth for Bektash (restaurants) and Rapos group’s e-commerce stores.
• Manage social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on engagement & conversion.
• Run digital marketing initiatives – Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing & influencer tie-ups.
• Coordinate offline marketing – events, campaigns, collaborations, and local branding.
• Track performance & create reports to measure ROI.
• Work closely with management to plan and adapt strategies for both restaurants and e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of social media & digital ads.
• Creative thinker with ability to adapt to different industries (F&B + E-commerce).
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing.
• Excellent communication & project management skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and execute fast.
