Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Market Strategy & Planning

  • Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for construction projects, services, and brand positioning.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to define strong value propositions.
  • Identify revenue opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments.

2. Branding & Communication

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the construction space.
  • Oversee company brochures, project catalogues, site boards, hoardings, and digital assets.
  • Craft messaging for contractors, consultants, architects, PMC firms, and end customers.

3. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Create campaigns to attract builders, architects, civil engineers, and corporate clients.
  • Support the sales team with pitch decks, proposals, and technical marketing materials.
  • Implement CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

4. Digital Marketing

  • Manage company website, SEO, LinkedIn presence, and project showcase pages.

5. Project Marketing

  • Prepare project-wise marketing plans: launch promotions, sample flats, showrooms, 3D walkthroughs, and project videos.
  • Liaise with architects, site engineers, and project managers to gather accurate project updates.
  • Promote new technologies used

6. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with architects, vendors, government bodies, and industry influencers.
  • Participate in trade fairs, construction expos, real estate conferences, and networking events.
  • Create partnerships with material suppliers and building product brands.

7. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenses for each project
  • Track ROI of campaigns and submit weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
  • Use insights to refine future marketing strategies.

8. Content & Collateral Development

Oversee creation of:

  • Project brochures & leaflets
  • Technical articles
  • Site photography & drone shoots
  • Social media creatives
  • Press releases
  • Make complex construction topics easy to understand for clients.

9. On-Ground Marketing

  • Ensure brand consistency across all project locations.

10. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure marketing materials follow RERA guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation for project approvals, certifications, and legal requirements.
