The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning, drive sales growth, and enhance customer engagement. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing agency collaborations, and overseeing multi-channel campaigns across e-commerce, OTC, and retail segments. Additionally, the position requires optimizing marketing budgets, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative strategies to maximize ROI and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and increase sales.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of funds.
  • Identify target markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
  • Review and approve all marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with creative and advertising agencies for campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and develop brand guidelines.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competition.
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities and performance.
  • Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, events, and medical camps.
  • Build partnerships with influencers and wellness professionals.
  • Lead and coordinate the internal marketing team and review team performance regularly.
  • Develop strategies to improve OTC product sales and overall business growth.

Qualification

  • MBA

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Branding & Promotion, Media & Agency Management, Marketing Communication, Design Aesthetics, Content Creation, Brand Guidelines, Campaign Budgeting, and Public Relations in the FMCG industry.
