Job Title: Marketing Manager Retail (Online & Offline)

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement

    integrated marketing strategies

    covering both

    online and offline retail channels.

  • Plan and execute

    seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events

    to increase footfall and sales.
  • Manage

    digital marketing activities

    including social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email campaigns, and influencer marketing.
  • Work closely with

    visual merchandising, sales, and operations

    to ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies for branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze

    market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities

    to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage and monitor

    marketing budgets

    , ensuring efficient utilization and maximum ROI.
  • Oversee

    content creation, brand communication, and promotional materials

    for both retail and online platforms.
  • Track and report on

    marketing performance metrics

    to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development of

    loyalty programs and CRM initiatives

    to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Travel to store locations

    when required for campaign implementation and reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in marketing, preferably in

    retail, e-commerce.

  • Proven expertise in managing

    both online and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing tools

    , analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in

    store branding, visual merchandising coordination,

    and

    retail promotions.

  • Knowledge of

    content marketing and influencer collaborations.

  • Exposure to

    omnichannel strategies

    integrating online and offline sales.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical ability.
