Marketing Manager/ Technical Manager_Animal Health_Poultry_Mumbai

1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing and Technical function of Animal Health- Poultry segment.

2. Candidate will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.

3. Candidate should be good in Man Management will work very closely with Filed staff/ Manager and help them to achieve target.

5. Candidate will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.

6. Candidate will Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.

7. Candidate should be Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.

8. Candidate will responsible for Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.

9. Candidate will responsible for Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.

10. Candidate will responsible for Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation and effective Man Management.

11. Candidate should Co-ordinate with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.

12. Candidate will provide technical assistance and solutions to farmers and the sales team.

13. Candidate will conduct on-site training and customer consultations.

14. Candidate will perform diagnostic tasks, such as post-mortems or sample analysis.

15. Candidate Address customer complaints and technical inquiries with effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B. VSC or M.VSC and MBA in Marketing, 5- 10 years in Pharma Marketing as in Animal health handling Poultry Segment.
