Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Executive located in Hyderabad & Anantapur at BUZZ Groups. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing events and campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualification:

1. Set Marketing goals and develop marketing strategies to reach individual and team target by meeting clients with marketing team and by helping them in CRM usage.

2. Fulfill individual and team of 4 members calls at least 10-15 per day, generate min 5 queries a day and work on 40% queries that convert into leads.

3. Monitor competitor landscapes to develop marketing strategies. Analyze customer behavior and retain customers. Also, must hire a productive team

4. Actively Participate in team expo /Special marketing days’/Trade fairs/road shows 3 times in a month.

5. Fulfill the digital marketing strategies and see that team upgrades in promotion activities.

6. Improve the analytical skills (Spontaneous act), product delivery knowledge, and Problem Solving in service of clients, leadership qualities to grow as Asst. sales. Should stand as best marketing manager at least once in every Quarter and fulfilling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
