Marketing Manager

As a Shift Manager at Mars Wrigley India, you will be responsible for leading the Site operations during your shift. You will take complete ownership in the absence of VSM/Plant Manager and ensure that shift teams are motivated and engaged to deliver manufacturing goals related to Safety, Quality, and Cost. Your role will involve overseeing smooth production line operations, ensuring quality product output, and guiding your team in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts. - Deliver manufacturing targets by effectively organizing shift resources and activities, meeting production plan, and supporting troubleshooting activities - Manage preventive maintenance activities to schedule, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of factory operations - Recommend improvements in technology to minimize production costs and enhance quality - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, or Applied Sciences - Minimum 7 years of experience in Manufacturing with expertise in leading Direct Reports and people management - Prior experience in the Food industry is essential, with preference for Chocolate experience - Mandatory prior experience as Line Manager, Shift Manager experience is a plus - Proficiency in Marathi language is required Mars is a family-owned business with global sales exceeding $50 billion.
