Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to design effective campaigns.
  
• Plan and execute product launches, brand promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  

• Brand Management

• Build and strengthen brand positioning in the beverage industry.
  
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  
• Oversee packaging design, labeling, and promotional materials.
  

• Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct regular consumer and market research to identify new opportunities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  
• Prepare reports and present insights to management for decision-making.
  

• Sales & Trade Marketing Support

• Design and implement BTL activities, POS materials, and trade promotions.
  
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive market penetration and distribution growth.
  
• Develop incentive programs to enhance retailer and distributor engagement.
  

• Digital & Media Marketing

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
  
• Coordinate advertising campaigns across print, outdoor, radio, and television.
  
• Track ROI of digital and traditional campaigns.
  

• Team & Budget Management

• Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team.
  
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners for creative and event management.
