Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify business opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
• Develop and execute

  end-to-end digital marketing campaigns

  across

  LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media, and email channels

• Use

  AI and automation tools

  such as

  Hunter.io, Apollo.io, ChatGPT, Jasper, and Lemlist

  for prospecting, personalized outreach, and content creation.
• Design and manage

  LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  targeting decision-makers and industry professionals in the UK.
• Lead a small marketing team (up to 3 members): train, mentor, and monitor performance against campaign KPIs.
  
• Create and maintain

  marketing scripts, templates, and content calendars

  to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track key performance indicators (leads, engagement, conversion, ROI) and present performance reports to management.
  
• Optimize marketing efforts through

  data analytics, CRM integration

• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing objectives with revenue goals.
  
• Be available during

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree

  in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 4 – 8 years of experience

• Proven experience with
