We are looking for an innovative and driven Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to promote our cloud-based business applications and services to clients in the UK market . The ideal candidate should be skilled in B2B digital marketing , LinkedIn outreach , and AI-assisted lead generation tools . You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and refine targeting strategies. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media, and email channels . Use AI and automation tools such as Hunter.io, Apollo.io, ChatGPT, Jasper, and Lemlist for prospecting, personalized outreach, and content creation. Design and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers and industry professionals in the UK. Lead a small marketing team (up to 3 members): train, mentor, and monitor performance against campaign KPIs. Create and maintain marketing scripts, templates, and content calendars to ensure consistent messaging. Track key performance indicators (leads, engagement, conversion, ROI) and present performance reports to management. Optimize marketing efforts through data analytics, CRM integration , and automation workflows . Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing objectives with revenue goals. Be available during UK business hours (1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST) with a one-hour break. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 4 – 8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing , preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology services. Proven experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, Email Marketing , and Lead Nurturing . Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as: Hunter.io / Apollo.io – for email and lead sourcing ChatGPT / Jasper / Copy.ai – for content and campaign ideation HubSpot / Mailchimp / Zoho Campaigns – for CRM and automation Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and motivate teams. Ability to work independently , multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UK business practices and market is a strong advantage.
