Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager - Rubber Compounding based in Irinjalakuda, Kerala. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote rubber compounding products, identify target markets, forge lasting client relationships, and analyze market trends. They will collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to meet customer requirements and business objectives while ensuring the continuous growth of the company’s market share.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in rubber compounding, product development, and material applications
• Experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning
• Marketing, client relationship management, and communication skills
• Team collaboration abilities with an aptitude for cross-functional work
• Organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and company goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in rubber or polymer industries is a plus.

Vajra has invested in a new GERMAN iNTERMIX rubber mixing line with is fully automated . We have per day capacity to produce 22 tons of custom compounds per day. Compounds like HNBR , ALFAS , FKM , Neoprene , EPDM , Nitrile , silicon , Natural rubber etc.
