Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Leverage market insights to create targeted marketing assets.
Provide franchisees with essential marketing tools and resources.
Strengthen brand positioning and contribute to commercial objectives.

Deliverables:

Assist in delivering four bespoke marketing campaigns with comprehensive toolkits.
Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging marketing collateral.
Utilize market insights to create quarterly social media assets and window cards.
Strengthen franchisee communication through monthly reports and weekly updates.
Develop and provide training materials on marketing tools such as social media, Nurtur platforms, and Canva.
Promote brand initiatives in collaboration with franchisees and the UK-based team.
Leverage customer testimonials to build credibility and trust in marketing materials.
Support the development of tailored PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
Educate landlords on compliance and legislation through informative guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Experience working with design and copy teams to develop marketing materials.
Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to campaign strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in developing training materials and supporting franchisees.
