We're seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our marketing team in Coimbatore. If you're passionate about content creation, community engagement, and social performance analytics, this is your opportunity to work with a global team on brand-defining campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and schedule three localized posts per week for various sub-brand accounts. Create three high-impact, brand-level posts weekly for central social media channels. Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business objectives and audience personas (vendors, landlords, tenants, buyers). Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms. Content Creation & Engagement Customize content for platform-specific performance and user engagement. Monitor interactions and respond to comments or messages in alignment with brand tone. Lead community engagement efforts to grow reach and build loyalty. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track KPIs and define measurable social goals for ongoing performance improvement. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports on engagement, reach, and growth. Conduct quarterly webinars to educate franchisees on social media best practices. Support & Template Creation Offer complimentary social media audits to franchisees, identifying gaps and suggesting upsell opportunities. Assist in creating 40 seasonal Canva templates that align with the brand’s visual identity. Help franchisees customize visuals for their local marketing initiatives. Deliverables: Content Strategy: Execute platform-specific content plans with an ideal mix of educational, promotional, and community-driven posts. Community Management: Strengthen online relationships and drive interactive user engagement. Performance Insights: Deliver actionable reports using tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite. Visual Brand Support: Maintain a Canva template library that empowers franchisees to produce on-brand visuals efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–6 years of proven experience in social media content creation and account management. Solid understanding of engagement tactics and evolving platform trends. Hands-on experience with scheduling/analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Proficiency with Canva or similar design platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
