Email Executive Location: Coimbatore, India Experience: 2 5 years Salary Range: 6 8 LPA (commensurate with experience and skill set) Join a leading UK-based Digital Agency expanding its presence in India! Were seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Executive to join our offshore marketing team in Coimbatore. This is a unique opportunity to work with an award-winning digital agency that delivers high-impact campaigns across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Management: Plan and deliver up to three brand-specific email campaigns per week. Manage specialized initiatives, including: Bi-weekly Instant Valuation Tool (IVT) emails Quarterly Valuation Week campaigns Mortgage anniversary outreach for financial services Monthly e-zine triggers Campaigns for property roundups, Personal Agent updates, and referrals Automation & AI Integration: Use AI tools to draft personalized, high-performance email content. Build and implement at least three new automated trigger journeys per brand. Performance Analysis & Compliance: Monitor key metrics and evaluate email campaign effectiveness. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise engagement and deliverability. Ensure compliance with email regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in email campaign planning and execution. Strong understanding of email automation tools and AI-based content creation. Proficiency in platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar. Solid content writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail. Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization. Familiarity with industry compliance standards and best practices. Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
