Job Description - Email Executive

We seek a creative and skilled email executive to join our Editorial team:

As an email executive, you will attend to the emails received from the Guest Bloggers, check the

content details and send replies as per the guidelines of our company. This will include email content

creation, posting the blogs on the website, sending agreements to relevant bloggers and foster

strong engagement with our clients. He should also be interested in handling multiple tasks for the

Editorial team such as posting of news on website (if needed).

You will also take steps to update yourself as per the recent trends of content creation.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, and a strong resolve to handle different

Objectives of this role

 Working with the Editorial team to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and

strategies.

 Ensuring the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintaining opt-in practices and

complying with data protection regulations.

 Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, content and analytics, to

align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

 Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices to drive innovation and

continuous improvement.

 Additional knowledge of WordPress experience (posting of blogs, articles) is preferred.

Required skills and qualifications

 A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 0 to 2+ years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing role. A candidate who is

open-minded and ready to take challenges is preferred.

 Basic understanding of email best practices and ethics

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mind-set to interpret

data and derive actionable insights.

 Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging email content.

 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
