The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the brands marketing and communication strategy with a strong focus on customer engagement, digital presence, and brand positioning. This role is crucial in driving footfall, enhancing customer loyalty, and building Prestige – The Man Store as a leading premium menswear brand.

Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand’s premium identity.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels—online and offline.
• Monitor fashion trends and market movements to shape positioning and messaging.
• Conceptualize and implement seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate photoshoots, branding creatives, and storytelling elements.
• Partner with designers, stylists, and influencers to amplify brand visibility.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website traffic.
• Oversee content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies to run paid campaigns and measure ROI.
• Build and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Design loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and personalized marketing.
• Plan and manage in-store experiences and exclusive client events.
• Forge brand collaborations with luxury/lifestyle partners, influencers, and fashion magazines.
• Manage media relations and PR to increase brand recognition in the fashion community.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Track marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Present monthly marketing reports to management with insights and recommendations.
• Lead and drive daily sales performance to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product mix and pricing.
• Coordinate with floor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and store presentation.
