Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Pune. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising activities. This includes developing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing content creation, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and collaborating with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Graphic Design
• Excellent Project Management, Analytical, and Organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in budget management and performance analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the non-profit sector or social impact organizations is a plus
