Marketing Manager

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales across multiple channels. From digital content to on-ground activations, you will be the driving force behind our marketing success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (digital + offline). - Manage social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.). - Plan and lead offline initiatives, such as events, print media, partnerships, and exhibitions. - Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals. - Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results. - Handle budgets, vendor relationships, and timely execution of projects. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in both online and offline marketing. - Strong command of digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.). - Hands-on experience with offline campaigns and brand activations. - Great communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. - Creative mindset with a love for storytelling and data. Nice to Have: - Experience in startups or high-growth environments. - Team handling or agency coordination experience. - Strong local market knowledge (if location-specific).
