Job Title: Marketing Manager - Medical Tourism Company: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (On-site) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time About Us: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed travel and tourism company offering specialized services in medical tourism , forex , air ticketing , visa assistance , and customized tour packages . We are expanding our medical tourism vertical and seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager with hands-on knowledge of both digital and physical marketing in the healthcare and tourism sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medical Tourism Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote medical tourism services (hospital tie-ups, treatment packages, wellness programs). Build networks with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare facilitators. Generate and manage leads from domestic and international patients. 2. Digital Marketing: Plan and run campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Manage SEO, email marketing, website content, and social media pages. Track and report on campaign performance and digital lead generation. 3. Physical/Offline Marketing: Represent the company at health expos, international travel fairs, and wellness events. Distribute promotional material (flyers, brochures) in hospitals and travel agencies. Coordinate with embassies, medical consultants, and patient referral agents. 4. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and visa/forex teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Maintain updated knowledge of medical procedures, visa requirements, and patient services. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields. 4–5 years of relevant experience in medical tourism or healthcare marketing. Strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing methods. Excellent communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi. Good understanding of international patient expectations and medical procedures. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp. Experience with medical travel coordination or hospital marketing teams is a plus.
