Job Description

We are looking for experienced and motivated Marketing Managers to lead our field marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client visits, and promoting our brand through direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and interact with potential and existing clients
Identify and generate new business leads
Promote brand awareness through direct marketing strategies
Achieve and exceed assigned field marketing targets
Gather market insights and report competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing or B2B/B2C outreach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
Willingness to travel for client visits
