Focus Areas:

Preferred experience handling high end clients for real estate. Most of our projects will be based at the South Mumbai side.

Job Profile:

Strategic:

Marketing plan for corporate brand & individual projects
Media selection & planning to increase the project/brand reach among the target segment.
To build brand equity by doing numerous marketing activities
Public relation strategy for corporate/project

Operational:

Conduct market research to understand customer requirements within micro markets.
Develop & implement targeted marketing plans & strategies
Plan, manage & execute various marketing, advertising, events, promotions & PR activities.
Monitor, review, measure & report the effectiveness of all marketing communication activities
Determine & manage the marketing budget with focus on cost & quality
Deliver marketing collaterals with focus on timely delivery of content & quality within budget
Create innovative & powerful marketing strategies & presentations
Liaise with print/outdoor for branding & advertising
Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets & requirements
