Abide by the set policies of the organisation Responsible for Maintaining Team Unity ,Integrity & Discipline Responsible for developing & Updating Master Customer List of each Resource in DRT & Corporate wherever applicable periodically Ensure Coverage and Call average of the team as per agreed norms Weekly review of effort level & Market information of the team Training the team through Class room and OJT Ensure Joint FW with the team as per agreed Norms Help team generate Referrals for OP / IP patients through doctors & Corporates Ensure all medico Marketing activities are conducted within Budget and timelines Coordinate with Branding to ensure smooth implementation of Campaigns Ensure Quality patient Experience through Client services/ Internal Marketing team Responsible for achieving targets in both Volumes & Values through product mix Through each team member for both Corporate and DRT Responsible for MIS of his assigned territory Engage KOLs to ensure continuous flow of patients to the hospital Accountable for ROI done Oversee referral disbursements of Referral fee through team if applicable
