Marketing Manager, Food Ingredients - India Subcontinent

Role Overview: - Develop and deliver local market insights through exceptional customer experiences. - Identify trends, opportunities, and initiatives for targeted local marketing promotions. - Drive customer engagement through powerful storytelling and compelling ideas. - Provide market analysis and generate insights on markets, customers, brands, and products. - Support customer-driven projects to enhance business opportunities. - Act as a strategic partner for India Subcontinent by bringing forward local insights and identifying opportunities. - Support marketing communication, event management, and impactful communication internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or relevant discipline. - 5-8 years of Marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in Food Ingredients or FMCG industry. - Proven experience in market analysis, communication campaigns, concept development, and event management. - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and ability to lead project execution. - Can-do attitude, proactive, and ready to embrace change. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong business acumen to translate insights into opportunities. - Willingness to travel as required.
