We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to help us grow our customer base by targeting local businesses and institutions. Job Description: This is a field-based role that requires promoting our cloud kitchen services directly to offices, hotels, hospitals, and local businesses. There will be no customer home visits involved. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, distributing promotional material, and building local partnerships. Coordination with the kitchen team for up-to-date offers and reporting daily progress is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and implement targeted field marketing campaigns 2. Distribute flyers, menus, and promotional material to key commercial areas 3. Build and maintain relationships with offices, hotels, hospitals, and businesses 4. Promote special offers and online ordering benefits 5. Collect feedback from businesses and suggest marketing improvements 6. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for updated deals and promotions 7. Conduct basic competitor analysis and suggest practical, cost-effective strategies 8. Report daily activity and results to management Eligibility Criteria: 1. Mandatory : Prior experience in field marketing 2.Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3.Strong local network in Srinagar is a plus 4.Self-driven, punctual, and disciplined 5.Comfortable working independently on the field Note : Only apply if you have relevant field marketing experience.
