Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about brand building and digital marketing, and who can help us position as a serious, recognizable, and respected brand. This role will focus on creating distinct brands for the company's multiple verticals and enhancing our digital and offline presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Development:

• Build strong branding for:

• School wear products

• College, Corporate & Hospital wear

• Retail Store & Skoolstore (online portal)

• Fabrics supplied to schools

• Accessories (Tie, Belt, Socks, etc.)

• Position as a trusted uniform brand that clients feel proud of.

• Digital Marketing & Content:

• Manage campaigns via agencies for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.

• Strengthen website & internet presence.

• Create newsletters, client communications, and storytelling content.

• Use testimonials and success stories from existing clients for branding.

• Marketing Collaterals & Client Communication:

• Support sales team with brochures, presentations & branding kits.

• Drive regular updates and engagement for prospects & clients.

• Talent & Client Engagement:

• Use brand to attract new clients and talented hires.

• Build strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or relevant field.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to branding and digital campaigns.

• Strong content writing & storytelling skills (for newsletters, posts, campaigns).

• Familiar with social media marketing, agency coordination, and website management.

• Passionate, creative, and eager to build a brand from the ground up.
