Job Description

Role & resp

Plan, create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on:
Amazon (AMS/Sponsored Ads)
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
Monitor and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, ACoS and other key performance indicators.
Keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Manage ad budgets daily/weekly/monthly and ensure efficient ad spend.
Analyze campaign performance and generate insightful reports with action plans.
Coordinate with creative team for ad visuals, copies, and landing pages.
Keep up with platform algorithm updates and industry trends to implement best practices.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align ad strategies with inventory and goals.
onsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Proven 3+ years of experience in managing paid campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and Google.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console (AMS), Business Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Attribution tracking.
Strong analytical mindset with Excel/Sheets reporting skills.
Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
Good understanding of D2C/eCommerce funnel dynamics.
Certification in Meta, Google Ads, or Amazon Advertising (preferred).
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
