As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing team, creating strategic marketing plans, and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand for our ERP, CRM, DMS etc solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and creative team environment. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team. Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, providing feedback and professional development opportunities. Strategy Development: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive demand for our ERP, CRM, and DMS products. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content, SEO, etc) to drive brand recognition and lead generation. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content and messaging for all marketing channels. Implement data-driven marketing tactics, measure campaign performance, and optimize for results. Lead lead-generation initiatives, from nurturing prospects through the funnel to closing sales. Manage digital advertising budgets and ad campaigns across paid search, social media, and display networks. Manage and execute Email and WhatsApp campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives. Collaborate with product managers to understand new features and enhancements, ensuring that marketing materials reflect product value propositions. Act as the marketing representative in product launches and customer success initiatives. Brand Management & Communication: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms. Ensure that all marketing content resonates with the target audience and aligns with the company s voice and tone. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Present marketing performance and insights to leadership, recommending adjustments as needed. Qualifications: bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (masters preferred). 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management position. Mark Tech knowledge. Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly with ERP, CRM, or DMS products. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, etc). Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team to achieve business goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on ROI. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (eg, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Marketo)
