Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the luxury interiors, furniture, and lifestyle segment. The role demands expertise in brand building, digital marketing, PR, events, and B2B marketing with architects, designers, and HNI clientele. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns in the luxury / design / lifestyle industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement integrated marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and positioning.Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with business goals.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Digital Marketing & CommunicationLead social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising initiatives.Oversee content creation (blogs, campaigns, newsletters, case studies) showcasing luxury projects and product lines.Monitor digital performance, analytics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Events, Exhibitions & CollaborationsPlan and execute brand events, product launches, exhibitions, and designer showcases.Build collaborations with luxury brands, architects, interior designers, and influencers.Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and networking events.PR & Media RelationsBuild strong relationships with design magazines, luxury media, and PR agencies.Ensure coverage in top-tier publications and digital platforms relevant to luxury interiors.Draft press releases, media kits, and coordinate interviews/features.Market Research & InsightsTrack market trends in luxury interiors, furniture, and lifestyle segment.Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights to management.Identify new marketing opportunities, channels, and collaborations.Team & Budget ManagementLead the marketing team, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaigns.Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of luxury marketing and brand positioning.Experience in digital marketing, PR, and event management.Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to network with architects, designers, HNIs, and influencers.Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, social media platforms).Leadership and team management abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.6-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury interiors, lifestyle, furniture, or hospitality.Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns in premium/luxury segment.
