Marketing Manager – Alternative Crops
Location: Topsia (Kolkata) |Budget: Up to ₹50,000/month (Negotiable)We are a dynamic agribusiness venture focusing on alternative crops, spices, tea, and high-value plantations, with initiatives in corporate gifting and experiential tourism.We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing professional to drive growth, brand presence, and business development across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B and B2C marketing for spices and high-value crops.Establish and expand niche ventures such as agarwood plantations and tea tourism.Coordinate research, development, and project expansion for alternative crops across India.

Represent the company in weekly BNI meetings and leverage networking for business opportunities.
Develop corporate gifting solutions and partnerships.Support operations at gardens and assist senior management as needed.Collaborate with digital marketing agencies for promoting tea and spices.Expand initiatives like “Tea in Jars” in key regions such as Assam.Maximize utilization of company-owned land for strategic ventures.Who We Are Looking For:Passionate about agriculture, horticulture, and alternative crop ventures.Strong business development, marketing, and networking skills.Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.Ability to work independently and lead niche projects end-to-end.Perks & Benefits:Competitive remuneration up to ₹50,000/month.Opportunity to work on unique agricultural and alternative crop projects.Exposure to international courses and innovative agribusiness models.
