Physics Wallah (PW), India's leading EdTech unicorn, was founded in 2020 by Alakh Pandey (Founder and CEO) and Prateek Maheshwari (Co-Founder). Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, PW is democratising education at scale across India through online, offline, and hybrid platforms, reaching 98% of the country's pin codes. Initially launched as a YouTube channel in 2014, PW has grown exponentially, now offering free, high-quality education to over 4.6 crore students through its 112+ YouTube channels in five vernacular languages. The PW app has been downloaded over 3 crore times, and the company has more than 55 lakh paid students.

What isthisrole

The Marketing Lead Vidyapeeth will be responsible for driving admissions, enhancing brand visibility, and executing impactful marketing initiatives at regional and local levels. This role involves building and leading high-performing teams, implementing BTL and ATL campaigns, fostering partnerships, and organizing events to position PW Vidyapeeth as a trusted brand for academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement region-specific marketing plans aligned with Vidyapeeth's growth and admission targets.
  • Lead both ATL and BTL initiatives, including campaigns, admission drives, outdoor media, digital integrations, and local promotions.

2. Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Executives, Field Associates, and Telecallers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to boost productivity and effectiveness.

3. BTL & Outreach Activities

  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, roadshows, workshops, and open houses.
  • Organize community connect programs, student engagement events, and seminars to increase walk-ins.

4. Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build strong relationships with schools, tuition centres, corporates, and local communities to expand reach and drive admissions.
  • Explore tie-ups with academic and non-academic institutions for brand collaborations.

5. Admissions & Lead Management

  • Manage end-to-end admissions marketingfrom lead generation to walk-ins and conversions.
  • Monitor lead funnel performance and continuously optimize conversion strategies.

6. Event Promotions & Brand Visibility

  • Conceptualize and promote academic competitions, student festivals, and engagement activities.
  • Manage ATL campaigns including hoardings, banners, print ads, and radio promotions across assigned regions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, EdTech, or offline coaching industries.
  • Proven expertise in ATL/BTL campaigns, admissions-driven marketing, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of local markets and a well-established network with schools, tuition centres, and community partners.
