Key Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market experiments by researching target segments, analyzing competitor positioning, and identifying whitespace opportunities.
• Assist in building early demand-generation motions - from crafting messaging to testing outreach channels (email, social, communities, etc.).
• Collaborate with founders and GTM leads to refine ICPs, value propositions, and content narratives based on live feedback from the market.
• Help design and track lightweight growth experiments - measure response data, draw insights, and suggest next steps to improve traction.
• Contribute to storytelling and brand-building efforts through creative outreach, social presence, and thought-leadership initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep curiosity about how early-stage startups build markets, acquire customers, and shape brand narratives - we dont look at your degree:)
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills - able to turn insights into crisp, actionable messages.
• Analytical thinker comfortable using data to test hypotheses and iterate on campaigns.
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys experimentation, and wants to learn the GTM craft hands-on.
• Prior experience (projects, internships, or side hustles) in marketing, growth, or sales is a bonus - not a requirement.
