About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Advisory Intern to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to market research, client interaction, and investment analysis, with a strong focus on data collection through calls with buyers, sellers, and builders to understand market trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary research by connecting with buyers, sellers, and builders over calls.

Gather and analyze market data on pricing, demand, and investment opportunities.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and insights.

Support the Investment Advisory team in evaluating market trends and sales growth.

Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related specialization).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

Excellent analytical and research abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
