Key Responsibilities:

primary responsibility was to support the Sales and Exports teams by researching and identifying key decision-makers in potential client organizations.

This included locating and verifying contact details for: Domestic clients – e.g., Managing Directors, Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads. Export prospects – e.g., Export Managers, Overseas Procurement Heads, and company decision-makers. Key Tasks Data Sourcing & Research:

Utilized online B2B platforms and directories such as TradeIndia, IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, JustDial, Yellow Pages to gather company and contact data. Supplemented data from global and professional databases including: Hunter.io EasyLeadz Kompass LinkedIn RocketReach ContactOut SignalHire Scribd Data Management:

Organized all information in structured Google Sheets, ensuring quick accessibility and filtration by team members. Included relevant details such as name, designation, contact number, email ID, company name, location, and source. Challenges Encountered: Encountered a number of data quality and access limitations, such as: Incorrect or outdated contact numbers Invalid or generic email addresses Access restrictions due to subscriptions or memberships Paywalls or limited free searches on premium tools Impact:

Enabled faster outreach for the Sales and Exports teams by building a preliminary pool of verified leads. Reduced manual search time for business development executives by systematizing the research process and centralizing data storage.

• Conduct research and collect data from public databases, websites, and relevant industry sources
• Verify and clean raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Maintain and regularly update internal data repositories
• Identify and evaluate new data sources aligned with business or project objectives
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on the collected data
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
