Marketing Intern

As a Field Donation Drive Intern at Elite Games Federation, located in Hinjewadi Pune, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting sports culture in India and supporting para-athletes. The internship, which can be either part-time or full-time, spans a duration of 3 months with flexibility. In addition to gaining valuable hands-on field experience, you will also receive a stipend and an Internship Completion Certificate. Elite Games Federation, a registered NGO, firmly believes in the transformative power of sports to inspire change, foster communities, and improve lives. As a Field Donation Drive Intern, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the mission and objectives of the organization to potential donors. Utilizing storytelling techniques, you will engage with individuals to emotionally connect and motivate them to support our cause through donations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a confident speaker adept at storytelling, and demonstrate self-motivation, politeness, and persuasiveness. A passion for social impact and community work, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, are essential. While prior experience in donation drives, sales, or social work is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
