Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern/Executive position is an exciting opportunity for an MBA fresher or someone with junior-level experience to join our marketing team and enhance their skills across various marketing functions. As a Marketing Intern/Executive, you will collaborate with senior team members to assist in marketing initiatives, develop strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to gain insights on industry trends and competitor strategies, supporting the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, creating content for social media, blogs, and other marketing materials, assisting in digital marketing efforts such as social media management and email campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels, coordinating marketing events and webinars, engaging with customers on social media platforms, analyzing campaign data to optimize performance, and collaborating with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with digital marketing tools and a creative mindset focused on content creation and design will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to develop marketing skills, motivated, proactive, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, passionate about marketing and social media, and capable of managing projects and meeting deadlines independently. Previous internships or academic projects related to marketing are beneficial but not mandatory. MBA candidates are preferred for this position.
