As a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving product or service issues effectively, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our offerings to deliver accurate information. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Handling customer inquiries across multiple channels promptly and professionally. - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by identifying causes and offering optimal solutions. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide precise information. - Recording customer interactions, problems, and solutions in our CRM system. - Coordinating with internal departments like product development and sales for feedback and customer experience enhancement. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and better customer support. - Meeting or surpassing performance metrics including response times and customer satisfaction. - Assisting in onboarding and training new customers when required. - Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends. Qualifications you should possess: - Previous experience in customer support or a related field. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. - Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools. - Empathy and a customer-centric approach. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Demonstrated ability to achieve assigned targets. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in specific industries such as Tourism, Travel, Car rental, Hospitality, E-Commerce, etc. - Multilingual proficiency. - Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues.,
