Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist with various marketing activities, including campaign development, social media management, content creation, and market research. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Help in developing visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
• Social Media Management:
• Support the management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Analyze social media metrics and assist in reporting on performance.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Campaign Support:
• Aid in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Help track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing contact lists.
• Support the marketing team in coordinating meetings and handling correspondence.
• Customer Engagement:
• Assist in managing customer feedback and inquiries.
• Contribute to efforts aimed at improving customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Learning and Development:
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance marketing knowledge and skills.
• Seek feedback and guidance from team members to improve performance and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
