Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile professional who can handle both marketing strategies and graphic design work to promote our projects effectively. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong visual skills, and the ability to convert marketing concepts into engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies for upcoming and ongoing real estate projects.
• Create content and campaigns to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine campaigns.
• Organize and promote events, exhibitions, site visits, and open houses in required.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, outdoor advertising, and promotional activities.

Graphic Designing:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, project catalogs, banners, hoardings, and branding elements.
• Create eye-catching social media creatives, short videos/reels, and digital advertisements.
• Work closely with the sales and project team to create visuals that match project branding.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design and marketing platforms.
• Edit photographs and videos to enhance visual appeal of project marketing material.
• Prepare presentations, investor decks, and visual proposals.

Requirements:

• Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva (Video editing tools like Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
